What
is a fully qualified number?
A fully
qualified number contains your country code and your mobile number as
if it were dialed from another country. +61458600201.
For example
assuming that you are in Australia and your mobile number is
0458600201, you would drop the zero (0) and prefix or put in front of
the rest of the number 61. The number now looks like 61458600201.
MedRem does not require the “+” at the start.
How long does the subscription last?
The subscription periods are 1 month (28 days) or 1 year.
How do I pay for my subscription?
MedRem has in-app purchasing or you can request an invoice.
What is Demo Mode?
Demo Mode gives you some credentials to log into MedRem with, without creating an account so you can look around inside the app without having to subscribe to ascertain if the app is for you or suitable for your situation without having to pay first.
Is MedRem subsidized?
At present, MedRem is a NDIS Verified and registered Provider of NDIS services, NDIS will subsidize your subscription.
What information does MedRem require to operate?
MedRem requires your fully qualified mobile number to send SMS messages to. This is required to function. You will also be asked for your email address so we can send you invoices and receipts. Optionally you can provide a back up phone number and name so we can alert someone on your behalf should you fail to respond to a reminder to check up on you. You should gain their permission before you insert their phone number into the emergency contact field.
MedRem does not require any names of your pharmaceutical prescriptions, dosage or anything else.
MedRem allows you to write your very own custom reminders that will be sent to your phone or device via SMS. What you write is what you get.
Does MedRem share any of my information?
MedRem does not share any of the information that you enter into the app.
